Green and Parry Estate Agents and Lettings was founded in February 2012; with our boutique Estate Agency ready to welcome you to High Road in Byfleet.
We work hard as a team to be Estate Agents who challenge stereotypes; providing an amazing service to complement our years of experience in the property industry. We aim to offer a more personal and professional service, which maintains our traditional values with our cutting edge technology.

Our Green and Parry team are all based in Byfleet so we have an in-depth personal and professional knowledge of the local areas; including an understanding and awareness of the local schools, doctors, transport connections, retail and more.
Our agency can be found at 97 High Road, Byfleet, West Byfleet, KT14 7QX.
Esther, our founder and director, is born and bred in Byfleet; as were her parents and grandparents.
This makes working with local landlords, home buyers and residents even more special and important to us; as we know the importance of community and maintaining the loveliness of our local area.

Nikki & Esther are involved in everything to do with sales including market appraisals and viewings. We nurture our clients from the start of the sales process all the way through to completion when we are told we can release the keys.
Donna and Katharine run our large lettings portfolio and offer a first-class and efficient service; honouring our landlords, their properties and their tenants.
