Choosing an estate agent is a big decision, there’s no getting away from it. Selling your home is often one of the most emotional and stressful experiences you’ll go through, so having the right people by your side can make all the difference.

 

I always say to clients: you’re not just choosing a company, you’re choosing the team who will guide you through one of life’s biggest moments.

 

It’s easy to assume that bigger means better. The large national agencies have the branding, the advertising, and the name recognition. You’ll see them everywhere, from High Streets to TV screens and it can feel reassuring to go with a name you recognise.

 

But here’s the honest truth: bigger doesn’t always mean better when it comes to selling your home.
